  • Bespoke Training

    Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Services can provide tailored in-house training courses for any waste industry subject area. 


    Because every customer has different requirements, some just want to cover a specific subject area. In contrast, others want to cover a selection of topic areas at a low level to increase Knowledge across the board. 


    We can also provide more in-depth courses for senior managers who want to refresh or increase their knowledge in one or more subject areas within the waste management sector. 


    We can provide courses in groups as individuals at any location, be it your site, your home, your conference centre, or in our training facility. We can tailor the training to meet your requirements!


    If in-house certification isn't enough, we can also develop additional training material to get the required training accredited by CIWM (WAMITAB). 


    Once accredited, we can claim certificates from CIWM (WAMITAB), for each Delegate who attended the training.


    We can also add additional tests and requirements to demonstrate the required standard has been met, for those who want to demonstrate achievement, as appose to attendance.  


    Please note that all courses are written by Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Services Limited and are not recognised by any awarding or legal/regulatory body unless otherwise stipulated.

    Courses to include content can be designed to cover a range of subjects to improve knowledge and understanding, promote best practices, as well as ensuring compliance regarding any Legislative requirement.

  • Does the training remain confidential?

    Yes, many customers come to us with issues identified, either from internal or external audits, and we work diligently to develop courses to assist in bridging any compliance gaps, leaving you safe in the knowledge that everything we discuss as part of the development will remain confidential! 

  • How much does the training cost?

    The cost of the training will ultimately depend on the level, the number of subjects required which affects the course length, and whether accreditation by an awarding organisation is required. 


    But rest assured, we are known for delivering cost-effective training, and regularly get involved in delivering training for organisations with only a few Delegates right through to larger organisations with cohorts exceeding 100 Delegates. 

  • Will I get a certificate?

    Yes, we will issue you either an in-house or accredited certificate, which will confirm who did the training, when the training took place, and the criteria covered within the training. 


    Depending on how the course is designed, the certificate issued will state 'certificate of attendance' where the Delegate is only required to attend the course, or 'Certificate of Achievement where the Delegate has attended the training and met the standard for any relevant test(s) set as part of the course structure. 

  • Can you support our organisations development?

    Yes, we work with a range of organisations to develop training packages to provide knowledge to those in various roles across the business, linking it to a development plan which outlines the minimum standard of training required by role or responsibility. 


    The training and development plan can also be linked to qualifications, with tailored training cleverly designed to meet the needs of those in different roles, while also supporting those progressing further with their development to achieve one or more qualifications.
